Mini Movers (age 5-6)

Building confidence through movement, play and physical activity

Our Mini Movers sessions are designed especially for children aged 5–6, providing a fun, supportive introduction to fitness, movement and fundamental sports skills.

At this age, children learn best through play. Every session is carefully planned to keep children active, engaged and smiling while developing the essential movement skills they need for sport and everyday life.

Whether your child loves being active or needs a little encouragement to build confidence, Mini Movers provides a welcoming environment where every child can succeed.

Our Approach

We understand that every child develops at their own pace.

Our sessions celebrate effort, resilience and improvement, helping children become more confident, active and willing to try new challenges in a safe and positive environment.

No previous sporting experience is required—just a willingness to have fun!

Perfect for children who:

  • Enjoy being active

  • Need to build confidence in sport

  • Want to improve coordination

  • Have lots of energy

  • Prefer learning through games

  • Would benefit from developing social skills and teamwork

  • Are beginning their physical activity journey

Move. Play. Learn. Grow.

Every session helps children build the skills and confidence they need to enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle.
